5 months of fun

The blog is back! Ilaria is 5 months and about 17.5 lbs. She's a big talker, drooler, eater. She's learning to sit up. She eats sweet potato, applesauce, pears, green beans, and avocado.


We took our first family vacation in Winter Park. Ilaria enjoyed the short snoshoe hike, and hanging around with mom, dad, and marlo ALL DAY!

2 months old!

Ilaria had her 8 week checkup on Friday. She is weighing in at 11 pounds 6 ounces and is 22 inches long. She did very well with her first round of vaccinations. She also had her first visit from Henry and Nathaniel.

Ilaria recently discovered her smile. She loves playing on her bear blanket with her toys.

We spent a quiet Christmas Eve at home, as a new family. We had Italian food (take out), and took some photos by the Christmas tree. Ilaria enjoyed opening her presents from the family -- thank you, family.
